Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Pomora. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. 14-day refund on subscriptions
If you are a new subscriber located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction that mandates a statutory right of withdrawal, you may request a full refund on your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase, provided you have generated fewer than 50 images on the paid plan. Refund requests after significant use of the Service may be prorated or denied.
2. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been consumed. Partially-used credit packs are not eligible for refund.
3. Failed generations
If an image generation fails due to a service error on our side, we automatically refund the credits for that generation — no action required on your part.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@pomora.ai from the address associated with your account, including your order or subscription ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Most disputes can be resolved faster through direct communication. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension and may be reported.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
