Acceptable Use Policy

Pomora is a tool for creating commercial, creative, and personal imagery. To keep the Service safe and lawful for everyone, we ask that you respect the following rules when generating content.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use Pomora to generate or attempt to generate:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual explicit content, including so-called "deepfakes" of identifiable real people without their explicit consent.
- Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or facilitates self-harm.
- Content that harasses, threatens, or defames a specific individual.
- Imagery designed to deceive about the identity, statements, or actions of a public figure (political disinformation, fake news visuals).
- Content infringing third-party copyright, trademark, or likeness rights. Do not reproduce branded logos, trademarked characters, or recognizable celebrities without authorization.
- Content that violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited behavior
- Attempting to circumvent our safety filters or credit system.
- Reselling access to the Service without a written agreement.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or cloning the Service.
- Using automation to create multiple accounts to exploit free credits.
- Interfering with the operation of the Service for other users.
3. AI-generated content disclosure
When you use Pomora imagery in contexts where AI origin is material — journalism, advertising claims, political communication — we strongly encourage you to disclose that the image was AI-generated. Some jurisdictions legally require this.
4. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content generated with Pomora that appears to violate this policy, report it to abuse@pomora.ai. We review reports promptly and take action where appropriate.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent ban, depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities. Our determinations are made in good faith and at our sole discretion.
